A wide ramped boardwalk makes it possible to smoothly bring a cartload of groceries from the boat to cottage door. This 2 acre parcel is the only private property on Crooked Island, a wooded Island approx 180 acres inside the Massassauga Provincial Park. Provides perfect setting to explore walking trails or relax on one of several decks to savour the quiet, birdsong, breeze thru trees & waves lapping against rocks. Sheltered 20 min boat ride from the Woods Bay Marina.
